hi all! i was wondering that with current IT scene in bangalore more and more ppl are moving to US, and now it has become a status symbol.ppl madly following the rat race.just need your views on "how important it is to go to US" moreover i would like inputs from those who are already there in US as what all problems they are facing there in US. cheers, Anshul
hi Anshul, i am not in US but i would like to share few things here, as i am seeing the IT industry in India. IT people are highly paid but tax and cost of living is too high for them. Knowingly noone wants to spend more on house rents but when they search for the house or appartment, rent consumes a big part of the salary. For the same rent we can get very good fully furnished appartment in other cities. Tax and house rent and other things really takes a big part of salary and by the month end not a good saving specially for those who are starting their career or who are only for four to five years in the job. So they want to go to other countries where they can get comparatively better salary. Work load is same India or abroad. So, why not earn more good amount which can help for a better future. As i can see not only US people are opting for UK and other european countries too.
