Going on a vacation - What type of handbag to take?

    Hi all,
    I need ILs' suggestions on what type of hand bag I need to take to go on a vacation.It is a week's tour and the journey is covered in Bus.Most of the journey is day-time.And our eight year old DD is along with us. I need to carry a camera, my sunscreen lotion,face wash, moisturiser etc., my DDs hair accessories , combs, some pills in case of motion-sickness, small snacks box,tissue papers.
    I have to buy a hand bag which should be very convenient to hold all these and at the same time be trendy.Can u help me with this?What type of bag can I use - Leather /Jute/Cloth/any other material?

    Get yourself a cross-body type purse so you're hands-free. I would use my Coach Legacy Hippie Flap on vacation. Cross-body purses are used by Europeans a lot I've heard.

    I am not sure how comfortable you would be...............but generally this is the way I travel...........

    You sort your stuff in small pouches and put them together in a backpack and leave !

    Your on a holiday and keep your hands free makes sense.
