    use a nice pastel handmade paper as background the foil may spoil the look..do try placing color duppattas behind the glass to see which color really brings out the figure of jesus as well keeps the colors nice..

    and yes always prick the bubbles as you use, that way it is minimised.

    beautiful..... to have a full effect painting... place a crushed aluminum foil at the back of the painting...

    Thanks Shanvy for the idea!!! im not sure where toget handmade pastel paper... the dupatta idea i will surely try.. I was thinking of keeping a silk piece behind...
    and.. however we try to prick the bubbles it will not break fully!!

    you get handmade papers in stationary shops..you get in chart sizes too..

    A little patience with the flow/pressure in the liners and a needle closeby does the trick.. i have been teaching this to my daughter..
