i am teaching myself to make jewelry.

Right now I have access to make only stretch bracelets.

While they already to put on they break easily if you are not careful.

I blabbed to a friendly, helpful coworker I will make 2 for his daughters.

    Me and my big mouth.

I followed advice on making stretch bracelet last long, i.e. pre stretch, use surgeons knot, but I am still scared to giving this bracelet.

is there something to tell coworker before giving it, i.e. this us,y first project in making stretch jewelry, tell me how your daughters like the bracelets

How old are the kids? I would give them and just ask him to remind his kids to be gentle with them.

How about print out care and handling instructions on a nice colored or pastel patterned paper with a few nice pictures if you have the time, fold it down many times to a 4 sq inch size like the instructions that come with face-bleach kit and other small packages. Include these folded instructions in the box you use for the bracelet.
