    Hi everybody,

    Here is a small health tip, but the results are great.

    Take a fresh ginger cut it into small pieces. Soak the pieces in honey and have them for 48 days both morning and evening. Gives you long life and fight against deseases.

    Likely, to obtain a direct glucose to body - Have 2 dates with milk daily.

    Thanks for the tips.

    My Granny tells everyone to use ginger and garlic as medicinal food and not in routine cooking.

    May be taking these separately than including in cooked food will have more benefits. I m still in process of finding the truth.

    I never had dates fearing weight gain........later read that anything in moderation is good. I have started taking dates and dry fruits every day.

    I just love ginger in everything.. I cannot have my tea without ginger... it has got many medicinal properties..
