Hello Ladies, I am getting married again. My only child is 20 year. How to make sure all my wealth goes to her instead of would-be husband. Can I put "Payable on Death" on bank accounts? Will it go to her without any problem?

I think property law changes according to religion as well if no 'will' is written.

You must meet a lawyer n put everything on papers properly or he will get it or even can contest n get it.

    You can write a will.

Name her as a nominee for everything that she will get it after you.

    Make her a joint owner.

Or change everything to her name but you will be co-signee which means she can't sell or pledge without your signature, it's a safety measure to not mis-use.

But whatever it is, you have to meet a lawyer n make it official.

Consult a good lawyer and draft a will in agreement with inheritance laws. Otherwise it could be challenged. You can also pass assets on to your child during your lifetime.
