A day's menu: Breakfast: Puliyaval Mango smoothy ( mango pulp+cream cracker biscuit+ wheat germ+ skim milk powder +water ). I always stock mango pulp in the freezer.. Just 1 tbsp gives a rich thick smoothy with biscuits. Lunch: Keerai mulakootal (I make a meal out of it) Ginger pulikachal Salad (Carrot-date-peanuts) Lunch: Phulka + simple dhal Onion soup (yet to be posted)
