    A day's menu:
    Breakfast:
    Puliyaval
    Mango smoothy ( mango pulp+cream cracker biscuit+ wheat germ+ skim milk powder +water ). I always stock mango pulp in the freezer.. Just 1 tbsp gives a rich thick smoothy with biscuits.

    Keerai mulakootal (I make a meal out of it)

    Salad (Carrot-date-peanuts)

    Banana stem-moong dhal curry

    One whistle keera ( I make this & salad alternately)
    Green chillies rasam ( I make this or lemon rasam on Vathauzambu days)

    Dinner;
    Rava pongal - was yummy with VK
    Crunchy gobi soup (I did'nt liquidise)
