    My score for today 10th Jan is 3.0
    Reporting score is 34.5.

    Today drank 10 glasses of water having lemon, and green tea
    Had brunch of 3 rotis having green chillies, radish stuffing and chole.
    2 servings of tomato groundnut rice and onion raita.
    3 figs and 1 Malta orange and 2 glasses of Orange juice.
    1 hour of brisk walking.
    7 hours of good relaxed weekend sleep.

    Nice thread. I did not visit for quite some time. I have registered today. Is it OK to start today?

    My BMI is 25.5
    Current weight : 145 Lbs
    Goal Weight for the year 2010 : 115 to 120 Lbs

    Today I drank - 8 glasses of water
    Breakfast : 4 slices of wheat bread with single slice of cheese & 1 tea with milk.

    Afternoon : 1/2 Apple
    Night : oats 1 packet with milk

    BF: Poha Upma
    Lunch: 1/2 bowl rice; pumpkin n bean curry, brinjal fry and 2 tbsp yougurt
    Fruits: 1 grape fruit
    Snack: baked tortilla chips 9
    Dinner(planned): lapsi kichdi
    Water:6 glasses so far( 2more planned)
