Get in Shape 2010!

    today 10/01/2010

    reporting score 40.5
    score for today 2.3

    today vegetable serving and exercise was not up to mark as i took more dal and did some shopping

    Hi,
    my husband is sick and yesterday from night 8 I am taking care of him. I took him to hospital at night 1.30 as he was getting worse.
    I was not able to cook anything for me and so took the porridge which I made for my husband. I was able to eat fruits in the evening.
    My reporting score for today is -29.8
    Today my score is -1.9

    Hi All,

    My score for 10/1/10 is 3.0 and reporting score is 40.4.
    Today I was able to eat 5+ servings of fruits and vegs.
    I rewarded myself with three slices of pizza with tomato and capsicum topping but smartly gave away the cheese in the slices to my daughter..

    hi i tried to check if i had posted my goals,health age etc.
    cant seem to find it and now there are too many posts to read through
    anyways my bmi was 34.6,health age was 45 and my lifestyle score was 38.
    my goals
    1. feel like my age which is 42 and not like an achy creaking 50 year old.
    2. be able to run around and play with my kids instead of saying 'mama is too tired'.
    3.be there for my family instead of having myriad health problems and having to be dependent on them
    4. feel good about myself
    5. to be able to wear clothes i like instead of clothes to hide my many bulges and bumps.
    6.to take it slow so that its a lifestyle change not a quick fix measure and so that it lasts me for the rest of my life
    7.to show my family by example that if i can do it so can they.
    sorry for doing this late but thought i got it in before.
