Get in Shape 2010!

    Hi All,

    I am following the daily diet/exercise schedule that I followed in Jan 2010. Now, yoga is a daily must for me so is drinking 2 liters of water..glad to note that all freinds registered for this contest are also continuing the diet/exercise schedules.

    today's reporting score is 83.7
    score for today is 2.5
    not very well
    haven't exercised.
    b'fast- top ramen noodles and 2 slices of brown bread
    lunch- cluster beans(gavar/goruchikkudikai) curry, coconut,mango chutney,rasam and curd
    evening- one gulab jamun:hide: and a little boondi(not the sweet variety), and tea
    dinner- rice and mixed veg curry

    hi desi dietitians,

    i was knowing that contest has been finished on 31st jan.
    otherwise my score would have been more by this time.
    i am feeling so bad that contest has not been finished yet.

    i have been so regular about my exercise routine,drinking water etc.
    any ways my score for 4th feb is
    reporting score 91.2

    Hi,

    I am posting my BMI and it is 29.1
    My starting weight was 185 lbs and the current weight is 182 lbs. Thanks to indusladies and desideit for starting this nice contest. I am more conscience about what I am eating and have started making good choices. I am very happy that I have reduced 3 lbs, though not much but I feel its a good start.

    i am so happy about the healthy habit and exercise that i am continuing with the same routine from january -3 li water, lots of fruits and veggies in diet , exercise for 45 min etc . i thought we can't track the daily score so didn't track the score from feb.

    i thank the contest for the change my friends see in me- more active and energetic and ofcourse slimmed

    This just means that you can still continue to track your progress and don't just stop just because the contest is over. Our purpose is to get healthy and fitter. So by continuing tracking and following the tips we get from Desidieter team, we have a better control on where we are and how we are heading. I hope I am being clearer.

    Hi Dear Ils,
    I logged on 1/2/2010 .On that dat my score was 99.6 after that i was busy so not able to open desidieter page.Good to know many of the ladies cont.. diet & report score also .I like to join ur team.My sore for 4/2/2010 is 102.6(3.0) because i like the healthy routine given by dietician.
