Get in Shape 2010!

    Hi EVERY BODY,
    My initial BMI was 33.6 & My ending BMI now 32.8.
    I lost 2 kg.:thumbsup

    My health age in the begining was 70 now my health age is 79.
    I saw some improvement.
    Thanks to Indusladies & Desidieter for this events.
    Now i like to do regular exerciese & good food like fruit ,vegetable......
    Thank you to other friends also who participate in the compitition.I think we have to work to gether for good result.Daily post ur diet & exercieses.Bye take care.

    Could not login for few days.

    My ending BMI is 33.8, I have reduced 1 kg!!.. :thumbsup

    That was really fun participating in this contest.. I would like to start a new thread, as to what made you participate in this contest?.. Please post your replies there..

    Hi Ladies,

    My weight is now 61 kgs. I have lost 4 kgs so far. I still need to lose another 10 kgs. I know I still have a long way to go but I'm sure I will reach my ultimate goal.

    My diet for today is as follows:

    1 glass of hot water

    Breakfast:

    1 cup of all bran with 1 cup of skimmed milk

    1 orange

    Lunch :

    1 bowl of brown wheat pasta with tomato sauce

    1 bowl of mixed vegetables

    1 apple

    Snacks:

    2 apricots

    2 prunes

    Dinner:

    1 bowl of plain dal with no oil

    1 brown toast

    1 bowl of mixed vegetable curry

    I have not done any exercise today as I have my periods. Will exercise from Friday

    b'fast - 3 oil free dosas and ginger chutney
    lunch- cabbage moong dal, snakegourd curry,rasam,curd
    dinner- wheat rawa upma, curd

    feeling low, PMS
    no mood for exercises .
    b'fast- 2 dosas
    lunch- dal,rice,sambar,okra+onion fry,curd
    evening- tea
    dinner- yet to have
    will have oats upma and buttermilk

    One doubt. can i have WOMEN'S HORLICKS while on diet? or should i just have one glass of milk in the night instead of dinner ?

    This is my second month of healthy diet goal. First month's goal is achieved. Now I want to see how much do I reduce in second month.

    Exercise, Meditation and eating right quantity just going as before (i.e Jan )

    I will update on regular basis improvements in my health.:)

    I joined IL last week. I feel sorry that i'm not able to participate in the contest . But i want to use this program and check if it benefits me . i will look in to thread to get help for diet. Please support me .
