    My reporting score for today is - 69.8
    My score for today is -2.8
    tomorrow is the last day of this contest. I enjoyed this very much. Logging in everynight to post my day's activities and the diet was really very good, it boosted my effort to stick on to the diet and exercise regime, though I am having a tough time mentally and physically. I am hardpressed for time, still I am eager to log in to post my details. I know that I will not be a winner, I was not able to log in for a few days, could not do much exercise and so I would not have lost much weight. But still, I feel motivated to keep this programme going on and lose weight slowly but steadily, as I did earlier. I also understand that I should make it a way of my life- diet and exercise and intak of water- all my life to stay healthy in body and mind. Let us all take a vow that we will stay healthy in the coming years.
    I appreciate all of you who kept your cool and stayed aboard this programme and wish you all the best. let us hope that we have lost at least a little off our bulk.

    Hi All,
    My score for 30/1/10 is 2.8 and reporting score is 97.6. Again today I could not consume 5+ servings of fruits/vegs.

    I checked my weight today, I weigh 60.7 kgs. I am unable to enter this exact score in the desi dieter website BMI calculations, so I rounded off to 61 kgs and my current BMI is 23.8.

    As on Jan 1st 2010, I weighed 62 kgs and my BMI was 24.6. So I have lost 1.3 kgs this month..My lifestyle score is 76 and health age is 27.3.

    I hope to continue this diet and exercise pattern to reach 57 kgs by March end. and also to surely have minimum 5 servings of veg/fruits daily.
    This contest has made me punctual and more disciplined with respect to food habits. I will miss the daily reporting and reading fellow contestants' reporting and tips when the contest ends.

    i drink 3 li of water everyday by dividing into morning afternoon and evening . walking has become part of my life everyday evening and morning sometime in the gym . now i watch out for what i eat everytime and make sure i am having 5 serving of fruits and vegetables. i feel very happy when i was not tempted to eat too much of cake from my daughter's birthday.

    This contest is very good for all the ladies.
    It created awareness on weight reduction on me.
    I enjoyed a lot in the whole contest period.
    This contest made me to think on various diet related food.

    I reduced 2 kgs during this contest period,as per my goal.
    I felt very happy on achiving my goal.

    My current weight 155 pounds and BMI is 26.4 ( Initial BMI was 28.6)

    Even though 2 days are left for ending the competition by IL, I want to continue this healthy weight loss goal ( minimum 2 kg) every month and achieve final destination till end of year. I wish the same for everyone who wants to.

    I managed to reduce just 1 kg. This is not a big diffrence but Iam happy Iam towards that direction.
