    MY FITNESS GOAL:-
    I have been a fitness freak and have have been exercising from 2009 i had been doing body toning, i did not take care of my eating habits and come 2010i started seriously exercing and taking care of my diet.My goal is to loose only 3 kgs which are very stubborn and the lower body and stomach. I am not on a diet but am eating healthy.so itake more liquid like juice ,water,coconut water and milk also but no snacks and junfood etc

    Today my wieght is 85 kgs ,which means i lost 3 kgs from the starting. thanks to all of you who motivated me to continue.

    My BMI is 28.3
    My health age is 40.6

    My score for today 30/01/2010 is 2.8
    Reporting score is 81.6

    Had dosa with chutney at 8:00 am
    Had rice, sambhar, vegs, curd at 01:00 pm
    Had 1 cup coffee at 4:30 pm
    Had dosa with chilli chutney at 8:00 pm

    Dis 1 1/2 hrs of cardio and aerobics
