    score for today 3.0

    today had lot of shopping for dd's birthday but managed to stay healthy by carrying water and eating healthy
    morning ragi with milk
    lunch veg sandwich
    snack apple pear
    dinner 2 idli coconut chutney

    I am glad to inform you that my diet has improved so much after joining this contest and can continuously maintain the fruit and veggie part whihc i was not regular before. Consumption of Junk food is also cut totally.

    I am going to check my weight tomorrow and can record the BMI after that.

    "While shopping, read labels - check fat, sugar and carb content. Never shop for groceries without a list. This will prevent you from buying on impulse."

    Today's (27th Jan) score is 3.0 and reporting score is 78.4.
    BF: moong sprouts chat and 2 kiwi fruits, 1 cup tea
    Mid morning: Honeydew+Grapes juice with 1 tsp of honey
    Lunch: 1 chapathi with bhendi subji and 3/4 cup rice with sambar
    Snacks: Fistful of almonds and a piece of cake, 1 cup tea
    Dinner: Whole wheat rye bread sandwitch with lots of vegetables and small bowl of fruit custrad with low fat milk.
    Exercise: 45 minutes walk
    From today, I started implementing diet ideas from desidietres.
