    I could do yoga for a lesser duration today as some other tasks were lined up.

    Had poha upma and sugarless tea at 8:00 am
    Had rice, fish curry , vegs and curd at 01:00 pm
    Had 1 cup coffee with 1/2 sandwich at 5:30 pm
    Had moong dhal dosa with chilly chuitney at 8:00 pm

    Did 45 minutes of walking

    consumed 2 liters of water
    b'fast - annam parvannam ( rice cooked in milk and sweetened with jaggery) (a compulsory item for naivedyam to the Sun God on sundays, in this month(magha))
    lunch---rice, beans curry, tomato dal, roasted brinjal chutney,curd

    tea in the evening
    dinner---3 rotis and aloo,tomato,peas curry
    fruits i had -- grapes, banana, orange.
    buttermilk -1 glass
