    My yesterday's scoe is 3. Reporting score is 58.6
    My today's score is 3. Reporting score is 61.6

    Hi Shenaz u doing great. If u following good diet schedule & workout well then no need to worry.I read what u wrote to diet expert.Start kapalbhati pranayam on empty stomach .Start from 3 min & extend it to 12 to 15 min max. length gradually day by day .It's help u.Bye .

    Hi Friends,

    Today's 23/01/2010 score is 3.0
    Today's reporting score is 62.9


    Had 6+ glasses of water
    Had orange at 6:30 am
    Had moong dhal dosa with chilli chutney at 8:00 am
    Had rice, veg stir fry, green leaves curry, sprouts and curd at 01:00 pm
    Had `1 cup coffee with a few banana chips at 6:30 pm
    Will have veg pulav and curd at 8:00 pm
    Will have 1 glass of milk at 10:00 if needed.

    Did 1 1/2 hr of cardio today.
