    Hi All!
    Yesterday I read abount GIS...and from tomorrow I am planning to start my diet..
    is it too late to get started?
    My BMI is 26.5...overweight.
    Hope everyone will keep posting their progress even after jan 30th :( which motivates someone like me.

    Today is Jan 21st 2010 (US Eastern standard Time)

    Reporting score 67.2
    score for today 3.0

    My food today -

    1) I had 6 and 1/2 glasses of water today
    2) milk and almond honey oats energy bar - 2
    3) Lunch - spinach roti, potato onion and peas curry yogurt and little cup salad
    4) Excercise - Walking for 30 mins.
    6) Dinner - 2 cups rice with with egg plant curry + cantaloup

    BF: cereal with skimmed milk
    Mid morning: pineapple and apple juice
    Lunch: 1 cup rice with dal, 1 cup spinach curry and curd
    Snacks: Tea and home made snacks, had a small piece of cake (Gathered courage after reading GIS team tip the other day)
    Dinner: small bowl of noodles and milk
    Couldn't go for exercise as I'm bit tired today.
