Maybe the victim likes the attention and hence being a jump starter .
Honestly, those quotes got me too... for a moment I thought it was funny...and then I thought 'nevermind'.
I think it totally depends on a person what that person can take or not, but agree, sometimes the age and context makes it more creepy than funny.
At my school on science fair when I was a little girl:
Our Teacher: Is everyone ready?
A boy: wait!.. I forgot to label my kidneys..
What I see here is a 'same batchmate' syndrome. When we are in college, our batchmate does something nasty, we ignore it even though we know it is wrong. Our benchmate in the class harasses someone else (teacher or fellow student) we ignore them but same behavior from a non-batchmate or a random person immediately catches our attention and we chastise them. Also if one disliked a member for any reason, that dislike continues across many discussions even when that 'disliked' member is right.
What I stated about Ragini (now rgz), Nonya(now Amulet) is a fact. But many like them are participants here for long, so all their re-entries go unnoticed by members who are here longer than I. If stating truth is forbidden but spreading false accusations like I 'stalk' is accepted by longtime stalwarts like @Viswamitra, @Cheeniya , @Gauri03 , @Srama @jayasala42 , so be it.
@Roar, I actually posted a reply to her thread. I really did not mean anything creepy. I didn't understand why her query had eggs in quotes.
I am 38 years old with 14 month old twins, we had them after lot of struggle, so I don't treat infertility struggles of anyone lightly. Never.
I thank posts of @jayasala42 who is older than my mother if she was alive. I thank @iyerviji posts who I respect. I see wisdom of my mother in them. Show me one post where I have stalked younger members.
I don't want to defend anymore.
Ban me and close this thread, I care less. All the women can continue to share their problems with one less creepy 'male' member and one PMing good 'samaritan female' who continues to talk about members behind their back and can continue to flourish.
Thanks for all the good memories.
So, you clicked on the video? Bold move. I didn't dare.
I watched half of it
Yeah, and bleached my eyeballs ( which is less painful).
I don’t know what your history here is . You don’t have to leave, but remember that this not a batch mate syndrome. This a woman’s forum and there are creepy men lurking around ( I am sure some in a online lady avatar). So our antennae go up pretty quickly , specially when there is a reference to something sensitive from a male.
Men here have to conduct themselves responsibly. I would say follow the viswamitra ji/ Cheeniya ji path and you should be fine.
