Loga, At the moment, we don't have a complete list of people joining us for the meetup. And, for all the options you have said, we need to confirm the number of persons well in advance. So, its better, we shall go with the option of meeting in a park. We could decide something like what you have said next time.

anybody decided what they want to bring? If you find it hard to decide I can start off a list (which ofcourse is a sample and can be fully changed...it is just to get the decision making started). chapati puri veg cutlet veg rolls veg sandwiches bhaji dry veg for puri chapati idli sweets pavbhaji..................... list can go on. Hope it can get you started thinking. I will be bringing SoojiHalwa for the meal, along with water and plastic glasses.

Starters - Veg Rolls, Veg. pakoda, Veg cutlet Main dish 1 - Chapathi, poori, pulav/veg Briyani Main dish 2 - Curd Rice, pickle Side dish - Veg gravy, Raitha Desserts - Kheer, Halwa Kids Special - Veg. Sandwich, Pav Bhajji ( Easy to feed them with these dishes ) We could also get some fruits like Banana, Apples, so that whoever wants to have can have them. I will bring Poori and Aloo masala. I will also get the plastic plates.
Friends, the list what we have suggested is just to give you an idea. You can decide to bring whatever you are comfortable with. Added some more items to the list below. For easy reference, lets just highlight the categories with the items already decided. Starters - Veg Rolls, Veg. pakoda, Veg cutlet Main dish 1 - Chapathi, poori, - Poori & Aloo masala by Sharmila Main dish 2 - Pulav/veg Briyani, Idli, Appam, Adai (Multigrain dosa) Main dish 3 - Curd Rice, pickle, chips Side dish - Veg gravy, Raitha Desserts - Kheer, Halwa - Sooji Halwa by Sowmya Kids Special - Veg. Sandwich, Pav Bhajji And, once we have the final head count, we could also discuss about the quantity of each of the items that would be sufficient for all of us.
