Gained 10 Pounds

    I am 5 foot 3 inch

    Before I was 118 lbs.

    Now I eat proper healthy food. Zero processed. My face does not need makeup

    But I gained 10 lbs, ie I am 128 lbs most days.

    I walk 15 K most days, esp during office lunch break.

    For past few weeks I am too busy to bike and do weight bearing exercises

    But gaining 10 lbs?

    Dr checked my Thyroid levels, they are fine

    being skinny and pale, ie needing makeup on face is worse

    Did I plateau or will I burn more fat?

    Perhaps when things calm down at home, (ie Uncle TAVR, taking care of finances and legal) then I can add more weight bearing exercise. I can life 8lb dumbbells and do 5 lb ankle weights.

    Any other suggestions to keep extra fat from creeping in?

    How do I track calories? Lot of what I eat are fruits and veggies. Plz guide.

    10 lbs is not much of gain especially when you are already skinny.
    Then if not medical, or diet, it could be age hormones. Just keep doing what you already doing.

    I think I know where the extra five lbs came.

    I am served food when I return from office. I feel compelled to clean my plate. Then my belly sticks out and I feel fat like humpty fumpty

    For past few days I am portion controlling what I am served (got into some argument, but it is my health!)

    For now, my belly is sticking out less after I eat and I am less lethargic
