I chant the opening stanza of “ Aadthithya Hirudhyam “ as a part of my prayers as soon as I finished my bath and dressed up .
Took me 4 years to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. Dealt with nightmare of miscarriage, etc. I believe you will get better than your pre-pregnancy weight sooner than later.
Perhaps lift baby instead of weights!
The shopping sprees are for the upcoming 275th day of the year in the Gregorian calendar?

275 is a wonderful number. Realised it after you mentioned it.. ￼
: ) difficult to catch hold of a running todd and do any lifting.
Though I'm lightly concerned about weight my main concern is losing energy quickly. Need to work on that.

I guess one has to look at diet. I eat fruits, veggies. All homemade. No sugar, not even mishri.
I avoid carbs. At most I have single whole wheat toast with cold pressed coconut oil.
The day I have Maggi my energy slumps - I avoid, avoid, avoid.
I dunno how tiring running after toddler can be. Perhaps other ladies can give advice.
