Mix in rest of the ingredients for the sauce and cook in a non-stick pan for two to three minutes on medium heat. Let cool and blend into a smooth sauce. Divide into four portions. Spread one portion of sauce on each pizza base. Spread a little of the grated cheese equally on all. Using cookie cutters of different shapes, stamp out shapes from capsicum and paneer. Using these and tomatoes, mushrooms, corn, olives arrange in a design that the child desires: maybe a funny face, or a scenery, or a medley. Sprinkle red chilli flakes, oregano and the remaining cheese. Place on a baking tray and cook in the grill (top) for 10 minutes. Similarly make the remaining pizzas[/font]
