    hi

i feel that Frozen Food is only a time saver n not a substitute for fresh ones . in our fast life we r forced to use them but the health aspect in them is not up to mark . u can use them once in a while but avoid using them regularly.

    regards

Frozen veg is fine. the other frozen foods have a higher sodium content also canned you can read the label and see some have higher sugar content.

i think its best to stay away from either frozen or canned foods. Canned foods have very high sodium content. Frozen foods-- well, depends on what u pick. Certain frozen foods claim to have no preservatives, but i dont accept it blindly.
Always try to read the nutritional info behind as i am sure u must be.
But in any case, they are never fresh obviously, wont do u much good either.
Fresh cut frozen veggies are no problem i guess.

What i do--- i never use canned foods in my regular everyday cooking, but i do use them for my party cooking. As for frozen, i keep only a few handy stuff --those that sound healthier to me. And i use it only once in many weeks or so-- if at all i have to, and i have no choice!
    :)
I do use some of fresh cut frozen veggies every once in a while. thats ok.

    Dear Friend,

I cannot answer this question as I always eat fresh fruits and veg, living in a city surrounded by vegetable markets, hyper markets, whole sale market and retail market of major vegetable supply throughout the city, we need not hunt for frozen foods.
