I know eating the fruits raw is the best, for it contains all the fibre and nutrients. But there would be some who wouldnt like to eat them whole.. Today i prepared a juice with the leftover fruits..I had only one orange left so i couldnt make enough juice for my daughter..so i prepared a combo juice inspired by a juice i drank out recently..here it goes: apple pieces ( 1 cup) watermelon pieces ( 1 cup) orange juice (squeezed from 2 oranges) ginger 1/2" piece sugar 1 tbsp icecubes 5 mint leaves 2 first in a blender add the apple and ginger pieces..blend them together till smooth. add watermelon pieces and blend again..then add the orange juice, sugar and ice cubes and run it once again..pour this into a glass..and serve with a mint leaf.. Tip: you may actually not need to add sugar..because it was for my DD, i added sugar.else i would have gulped it just like that.. you can also try adding some kala namak towards the end..
