You don't hve to pay anything to register. After registration, u can continue to bid for the projects of ur interest. In fact, they will send an email to u everytime someone publishes a job in the site. If u are selcted by the advertiser for the particular job, and after u commence the work for the advertiser, u need to pay an amount (i paid 5$) to this site. I think this is cool because it is very small amt when compared to the amount I got for my project...
