I want to reduce my weight to look fit and to be healthy.

I need to shed down my weight to be healthy. My weight causes pain in my legs and heels. This has to be stopped. I don't want to be people dependent, when there is a pain I become dependent. HENCE I HAVE TO HELP MYSELF TO SHED FEW KILOS.:bonk
Two reason for my weight reducing
Wearing Cute cloths
Controlling PCOS and all related issues
I want to loose weight to,
Become healthy (Overweight added its own set of problems to my body)
get back my pre pregnancy look (I'm overweight in my BMI index)
I want to loose those extra kgs to begin a healthy life-style and to maintain the BMI
I want to lose weight to get flat belly
I put on lot of weight after marriage & then pregnancy .
I want to reduce it to get the pre-marriage look
I want to loose weight in order to be healthy and don't want to feel bulky and want to fit myself in my old outfits.
I want to loose weight to be healthy, to look good and to feel good.
