Fragile

Remember to tell the people whom you love that you love them. You never know if you will get another chance…

This thought came to me when my friend who lost her mother recently told to me about how her mother wanted to meet her(my friend)who lived in a different country,and my friend’s mother breathed her last a few hours before she(my friend)could fly back home for her vacation, where she had planned loads of surprises for her mother.


Each time there is a death I hear of, it reaffirms how temporary our lives are, yet how much of self importance we have for material possessions a massive Ego and we center everything on ourselves only to leave it all behind to enter something or somewhere unknown.

Death is a reality; nobody can run away from it.
Maybe our stay may differ, but we all are mere mortals, who will be gone one day...
I feel death is a reflection on how well one lived their life.
Death they say completes what the birth cycle starts.


With these thoughts in my mind I come to a conclusion that
Life just seems like a fragile thread to me, which seems colorful and vivid, but short lived.
It is like a Candle light that can flicker away, A long drawn reality of dreams, Any gust of wind can make it sway.

Who knows what lies in tomorrow for we haven’t got vision to see.
A blend of joys or a meaningful sorrow isn’t that what life is meant to be?
We all are trying to gather memories of few happy moments and trying to erase the sorrow incidents.
Between the first cry and the last smile, life happens in the blink of an eye....

Today i am here, writing this snippet,but tomorrow i never know what fate has in store for me.
Live in the here and now, the present moment unraveling the puzzle of life’s mystery.
Accepting yourself for who you are, finding less to resent before you leave & blend into history.


Just a reminder to myself…make the most of what I have, to love with all my heart…to live with all my breaths …to give with every tiny fiber of my being. Maybe then I would have lived a life that was completely alive.
