    hi...
    this simple regular tip as a part of breakfast not only improves blood circulation but also makes your skin glow and improves your hair growth!!
    soak 20 kismiss,
    2 dry dates,
    1 anjee    r     (fig)
    in a glass of water overnight...i.e before you go to sleep..and
    drink the water and eat the soaked fruits as soon as you brush your teeth..you 'll feel the difference within ten days!
