For Rickets child, Is Flax seed to useful or harmful?

    Just need to confirm, For Rickets child, Is Flax seed to useful or harmful?

    Priyanka - Check with the paediatrician. For Rickets a friend had to put the child on Vitamin d injections and calcium supplements. Flax seeds have omega 3s, I have no idea how they help/harm a child with rickets
