For gain the Weight

    Hi Everybody!

    I am the new member of this site. Actually i want to know about myself. I am married and i have only 43 kg weight but during pregnancy i have 50 kg weight and after pregnancy i have 45 kg weight. But now a days i noticed from the last four months my weight is only 43 kg. I am very weak and thin. I want to gain my weight. So plz tell what kind of food i should eat for gain the weight.

    Hi Shivani,
    Usually for the weight gain, you can drink milk with honey, during the night, before going to sleep.
    Will wait for other suggestions from our ilites....

    hi,
    for gaining weight banana and pumpkin plays a major role!!!!!!! and research also tells that you can eat even 6 to 7 bananas per day as it acts as a medicine for constipation,and it gives instant energy...so,try it
