    Archana, You need add 2 table spoon of oats. Stir it for 5 minutes in low flame. If it get thickens, It'll look like farex. So you can add more milk to get a payasam.

    Narra, Yes. I too have a doubt in this. My friend and I started to take it. She gained wieght and I lost 2 kg from 40 kg.:spinSomeone has to clarify it.
    But my doctor told me that it'll reduce unwanted cholestrol.

    Thanks shel_28 for the explanation.

    We have oats with milk for breakfast in the same procedure. Not much of change in weight gain or lose.

    Lets hope some one else would clarify this.
