FOODS.....that cause.......AGEING........which actually make us look aged.

    Hello ladies

    The body is made up of living cells, and all living cells die and replace themselves at various levels. If right nutrition is not fed to the cells they are replaced with weaker cells, which is called aging or degeneration.

    We cannot find any single woman who wants to look aged. We all love to look young and healthy, but do little to achieve it. We wait for the miracles to happen, miracles do not happen on their own, you have to make them happen.

    The first step towards the miracle is identify the foods that actually make your body degenerated or age fast.

    Deep fried foods

    Processed foods

    Hydrogenated oils

    Artificial sweeteners

    Sugar

    Alcohol

    Cigarettes

    Caffeine

    Food additives

    White flour

    Preserved meats

    Chocolate

    Homogenized milk and cheese

    Food colors

    Bakery foods etc..

    We have been feeding the cells with the wrong nutrition i.e the wrong selection of food.

    In my next thread I will discuss the right kind of food (nutrition) to be fed for regeneration i.e ANTI - AGEING.

    My next thread would be ANTI - AGING....FOODS.
