    Baby omlette
Steam some veggies like carrot, sweet potato, peas.
    Egg yolk
    cream cheese a tsp.
    blend all this together.
Add extra virgin oil of ur choice to a pan.
make the omlette with the blended mixture.

i am not sure of cheese stick, the cheese you can give an infant is cream cheese nd cottage cheese, with some fresh fruit like banana / kiwi like that.

My friend has been giving string cheese for her daughter right from 18 months.

Juice recipe: Take any fruit and blend it. Strain it and give.

This is how I do upma:

Heat 1 tsp oil/butter. Add mustard seeds and wait for it to splutter. Add ginger, onions and saute till onions are soft. Add vegetables (peas, cut potatoes/carrots/beans). Saute for 1 minute. Add 1 cup water. Add salt (optional). Once water starts boiling, reduce to low heat. Add 1/2 cup sooji. Cover with lid. Switch of heat after 5-6 minutes. Fluff it with fork. Sooji upma is ready.

I do this for my 9 month old. If you have not introduced ginger or mustard seeds then do it one by one. This is how I did: First I gave plain boiled sooji -- boiled sooji with vegetables -- boiled sooji with vegetables + sauteed onions and ginger -- upma

    Hope it helps.
