    :hello:All responses are correct .
    When daughter was dropping gently into simmering oil in pan the raw banana slice that was dunk it in batter the idea crossed my mind.
    She was using a flipper with lots of holes. I tried my hand with it and holding it over pan transferred a bit of batter on those holes by degrees. Result is Boondhi.
