Food for your brain - these are must for healthy brain

    • Wheatgerm
    • Eggs
    Protect Your Brain: Antioxidants

    • Carrots
    • Garlic
    • Spinach
    • Soy
    • Tea
    • Tomatoes
    • Whole grains

    Spark Your Brain: High Tyrosine Proteins

    • Dairy products
    • Eggs
    • Seafood
    • Soy

    Hydrate Your Brain:

    DRINK Plenty of Water

    So these are basic food and if you will eat these on regular basis than you will feel the difference.

    I request to all moms that Spinach, Walnut, Garlic are easy to have and should be and must be in your daily or regular diet of your family.
