food for 9 months baby.

hi friends.
iam new to this forum.iam a working mom of kids.i need help in what i should give to my 9 month baby boy.

please suggest what diet i should follow for my baby. he is on BF in nights and formula milk in morning.

we are giving him ceralac 2 -3 times a day.

what else i should give him.

now he is getting teeth,and he started crawling also.

some times i give him dal rice.

waiting for valuable suggestions.

at 9 months i think ur baby should be taking a variety of fruits,veggies,cereals ,tofu,cheese etc... but since u havent given these yet u can try one veggie/fruit mashed with cereal... cerelac,i feel u can give once durint the day ,as a quick fix meal.

i understand u are a working mom,so make ur baby's food in batches,and freeze it. i am currently freezing homecooked baby foods for my baby for a max of 3-4 days....then cook the nxt batch again.this i do so that i never run out of her food,if i dont hv time to give her freshly cooked meal.
