Recently I have seen few YouTube channels with 2 to 3 minute videos. My favorites are “Iam a big foodie” and “Vismai food”

You should get hold of those mournful old Doordarshan soundtracks from the 80s-early 90s: the ones that would play 24/7 in lieu of programming when some political bigwig ascended to the other world. :grinning:

Cuisine demonstrations could have a soundtrack music, but it should not overpower the decrepitation of the mustard seeds in hot oil during Tadka. A subdued music should highlight the greeting of a curry leaf by hot oil, and not drown it out.
I do not have the doordarshan experience; but I can guess it was all Shenai droning on and on to force the population into a mourning mood. Dirge music and Wedding music from the same source: What had always surprised me was the hiring of Shenai players for weddings to put out lilting tunes to ginger up everyone in the gathering.

I love Telugu children as much as the next NRI Telugu. But the video feels wrong. I want the children to play and speak Telugu. I watched the "Condensed Milk Chocolate Truffles" episode, and felt sorry for the kids.

The mummy should do her own show, and not use child labour.

Thanks for your feedback though I dont agree with you!

The word 'child labour' is very strong and offensive. Ofcourse their mom helps them in handling when they are not able to and other tasks like deep frying in the oil (Who'ld allow and expect 5-6 year kids to do everything on their own in kitchen) ...That doesnt make them less interested and doesnt mean they are exploited

Hi all, I have created a new channel to share my kitchen experiments which I have explored ,enjoyed and recreated in my kitchen. I love exploring different cuisine and recreate it in my kitchen and share it with loved ones.

I love hebbars kitchen. No show off fancy items, no glitzy things, no unwanted talks.... Even the most difficult recipe looks easier and the videos are short.
Recently, most of the cooking vlogs have come up with this new trend, lock down recipes.... Bake, steam grill, fry and everything they do....
Some vlogs are really annoying, they do the unboxing of the gift items, grocery shopping, infact kitchen cleaning, and how they clean up their kitchen immediately after cooking.

Not to forget the always excited vloggers, they will always be attending a function, but somehow they will make time for the viewers because one of the viewer had requested for a particular recipe in detail...

    Regards
    Nandini
