    Honey seems to be the answer for may illnesses. It is the best first-aid for burns. Apply liberal amount of honey where were the body is burnt or scalded. Let it be for atleast an hour. In a week, you will not even know where the skin was burnt. During Deewali, my Mom used to keep a bottle handy. Mind you, not the sugar syrup we get in the marwadi store.

    Also, mint prevents worms in the belly.

    You talked about "Pre" MS.... what about "Present" and "Post" MS?

    For constipation papaya is good.
    For body heat coconut water can be taken.
    If you take ginger,pitta is reduced.
    Taking jeera water destroys germs.
    For pregnancy vomiting take green gram dal and pomegranate.
    Carrot prevents anemia.
    Water melon cleanses intestines.
