Follow up cream after sun screen lotion.

    Hi ILs,

    I am using Lakme sun screen lotion SPF 30 for my face in the morning before stepping out for my office.

    is this alone sufficient or should i use some other day cream on top of the sun screen.

    please advice !

    well, in winters it may sufficient. But in summers skin needs more than 30. Am currently using this but it may oily skin more shiny and glossy, so i manage it with face powder. I read in some other thread that applying day cream after sun screens may reduce the efficiency of blocking the UV rays.
