I was about to throw away my 20-year old olive cargo denim pants when I thought, "Can't I turn this into a bottom for Kurti set?" I trimmed the pants, but when I do rolling hem on sewing machine, it seems the fabric is too thick. I had to chop off the pants some more. Now I am frustrated. If I do rolling hem by machine, it gets stuck because fabric is too think. Should I do pico by hand? This is my last chance. If I mess up, it goes into rag department. But the fabric and color is so good. I cannot find anything comparable nowadays. Bummer!!!!
