Babys heart beat

Hi,
My sister is in 82nd of her pregnancy.she took scan in starting of her 3rd month.Doctor said child heart beat could not be traced.But all the other development and growth are normal.Is it anything wrong?does it indicate any problem in the foetus?

Nothing to worry. sometimes there might be a problem in the machine itself or the baby wouldn't have been in position suitable for the beats to be traced. One of my friend when admitted for c section the doctor was telling the same to her- no heart beats of baby. She started crying but she was realising the hicups of her baby then she started shouting at the doctor see i can feel the hicups of my baby how u can say my babies heart beat is missing . then he changed the machine from the next room and found the heart beat. So tell your sister to be tensionfree as that is more important now.
