    Hi,

    I delivered before 9 Months . Weaned my baby but my weight dint reduce.
    I still have all the weight gained during my Pregnancy.

    Lets discuss some ex to lose weight after pregnancy.

    Slowly start working out. That's the only way you can reduce weight.
    Start eating balanced food too with right amount of carb, fat & protien :)
