    Hi,

I live in Pennsylvania, US.. I need to know some fish varieties here.. While I get frozen chicken and shrimp, I find fish really difficult... They are mostly not cut.. Also I see fish so tender that it is difficult to fry.. I need some variety of fish which is like Pamplet in India.. Most important is cut one.. If not, what should be done to get it cut..

    Thanks in Advance...

U can find frozen ones tht are cut in walmart , like tilapia, cod. If u can find a asian store near you they have fresh fish like salmon, tilapia, cod, butter fish!! Frozen will nvr taste like the fish in india, but if u get fresh ones from asian store or also whole food store they have fresh, they will cut also!

Chinese stores will cut the fresh fish here in US. In our area Indian stores sell only
frozen fish. Walmart also sells frozen fillets.

Try Cat Fish in Asian stores, single bone and much tastier than Tilapia or Cod.
