    Dear Gauri,

    Thanks a lot for the nomination. A very informative and interesting post which explains a lot of things which have so far remained shrouded in the realms of the para-normal and occult practices.

    I shall be adding this to the Index List. Viswa has sent a personal request that his posts should not be considered for a prize. He has joined the list of many of our eminent writers who have expressed this wish in the past. I shall respect his wishes and treat all nominations of his posts in the same way as I do the rest by adding them to the index from where they will remain accessible for all to read.

    Dear Cheeniya Sir and Satchi,

    I know, I know I should come here more often but you know me. I do do my best and when somthing touches me, I make a prompt appearance! I am here to nominate Choice(s)by @Afresh which I feel is very different. I know we have discussed in the past about free will and destiny and what not, but the way she has written the post has made realize that her rambling actually made me think, not about choices I have made or not but about myself and my reactions. It was an interesting inner journey and I quite enjoyed it and I have rambled back in my response as well. It indeed was a very different topic!

    You know what @Afresh
    A nomination by @Srama is itself tantamount to winning a prize. And your Choice(s) gives me no choice but to place you on the pedestal.

    @iyerviji
    My dear Viji
    Thanks a lot for your nomination of kcb's What Motivates People To Join Il & What Forces Them To Leave?
    I understand the need for this post. It goes to prove that members like @kcb and you have a great interest in the well-being of this wonderful community. There is a well-known song on the old Hindi movie Leader which explains how love operates. Among well-meaning friends, misunderstandings only strengthen relationship.
    A good nomination Viji. Thanks again
    Sri
