    There are some slights and insults from people that we think we have put behind us but they still remain fresh in the mind with the same power to hurt us. It's like a shoe that forever remains new and retains the power to pinch the wearer.

    Cannot agree more with Laks. I like this quote I read recently: Choose peace of mind and align the rest of your life around it.
