I would like to nominate @iyerviji madam's post My Mother There are lot of stories and lessons the elders have which they could share without making it sound like an advice or it being in a preachy tone. Here her story is that of personal reflection and gratitude. It was heart warming to read. Looking forward to hearing more from you madam.
I would like to nominate @mangaii 's response in this message: Mom!! There are messages which speaks to me for its authenticity. This is one such message and I call this empathy ( there is a story from Brene Brown on where she explains the difference between Sympathy and Empathy. This messages reminded me of the empathy from it ). While it might seem Mangaii is sharing her own story which is relevant, there is a deeper advice in it. I am a fan of messages which doesn't sound like advice but teaches us a lesson. On a lighter reading we might miss it. On re-reading this is game changing. she says :
