Dear friends, I am very excited about google books Google Book Search. You can get limited preview of many cookbooks there. I am currently reading a cookbook called "Rasachandrika". You get limitied preview but it is still better than not being able to see these books.

Hi Grace, Just type name of dish in books.google.com. You should see the entries that match. or type the name of a dish for e.g. "payasam". It will bring back books that have the recipe.
