    Congrats on your pregnancy. :)
    Do minimal activities in first trimester. Don't strain. Don't lift heavy weight. No sharp bending or turning! Other than that you can do light activities. Cooking is fine as long as your strain is less. If needed get your maid or dh to cut veggies and limit standing time. Rest whenever you could. Relax & be positive always! Be happy & enjoy your pregnancy journey too!
