    That is the best
    Thing to Do

    Get angry

    Because you have
    Many thoughts
    And people to Chew

    Get angry
    Not hangry
    Because you want
    To contort
    Your lovely Face

    Get angry
    Not hangry
    Because you won't
    See these idiots
    In outer Space

    Get angry
    Not hangry
    Because the people
    Who wronged you
    Should trample your
    Mind with their
    Dirty Feet

    Get angry
    Not hangry
    Because the people
    Who wronged you
    Should not be kicked
    To the curb and
    Out into the Street

    So get angry
    C'mon get angry
    Think about when
    You've been wronged

    Think about all
    Those phoney people
    Who strung your
    Heart along

    What is the Wait?
    Stop your feet!
    Shake your fists!
    Smash a few Plates!

    C'mon let's get
    Angry together
    Let's make it
    A Date!

    What? Wait?
    You calmed down?
    That is Good!
    Next time you get angry
    Read a book
    Plant a flower
    Or take a stroll
    In your Neighborhood

    Glad that my jotting elsewhere had triggered to launch into a long poem giving hints when not get hangry but angry.

    The poem of short lines emerges sweet with meaningful moments as to how you overcome anger and probably its ultimate benefits.

    Anger is associated with blazing red and so the volcanic mountain image of part of Iceland is quite befitting here.

    Short tempered would get into angry mode even other times not necessarily when famished. one has to fight hunger eating food that would eliminate hanger!
    Psychologists avers, At times it is good to be angry under stressed conditions. Body adrenalin & cortisol production get regulated & or balanced. Pent up anger cause chronic illnesses. Before anger raises or immediately after that angry person is advised to drink as much water as s/he can. That is besides breaking flower vase, remote, tv monitor, lap top, cell phone but not the spectacle or remove overhead t shirt crumble it and thro on the face of other.

    Agreed!

    Anger is healthy if used wisely. Anger can be channeled into something productive.

    If someone calls you a slow runner, you get angry and want to prove the wrong. You carve out time during the day to practice your running, and win Gold Medal in Olympics (extreme example, but valid nonetheless).
