Glad that my jotting elsewhere had triggered to launch into a long poem giving hints when not get hangry but angry. The poem of short lines emerges sweet with meaningful moments as to how you overcome anger and probably its ultimate benefits. Anger is associated with blazing red and so the volcanic mountain image of part of Iceland is quite befitting here. Short tempered would get into angry mode even other times not necessarily when famished. one has to fight hunger eating food that would eliminate hanger! Agreed! Anger is healthy if used wisely. Anger can be channeled into something productive. If someone calls you a slow runner, you get angry and want to prove the wrong. You carve out time during the day to practice your running, and win Gold Medal in Olympics (extreme example, but valid nonetheless).
