    Verse 21 - Meaning:
    Q: Who is a blind man ? (ko andho)
    A: That one who delights in doing things (knowingly) that should not be done.
    Q: Who is a deaf man ? (ko badhiro)
    A: That one who does not listen (na srunoti) to advice given for his good.(hitani)
    Q: Who is a stupid man ? (ko muko)
    A: He who does not know to speak sweetly (priyani vaktum)when needed.

    Verse 22 - Meaning:
    Q: What is a gift ?(kim daanam)
    A: That which is presented without being asked for.
    Q: Who is one's true well-wisher ? (kim mitram)
    A: That one (yo)who wards him away from committing sins. (nivaarayati paapaat)
    Q: What is the best decoration (that a person can have)? (ko alankaarah)
    A: A character without a blemish. (silam)
    Q: What embellishes one's speech ? (kim vachanam mandanam)
    A: Truth.(satyam)



    Verse 23 - Meaning:
    Q: What (kim)enjoyment (chapalam)is shortlived like the flashes of lightning ?(vidyuth)
    A: The association with evil men (dur-jana sangati)and with young women.(yuvati)
    Q: Which type of people can stand unshaken (nisprakampaah)from high ideal of character (kula sila)even in this Kali Yuga ?(kali kaale api)
    A: Those who are inherently good natured. (saj-jana)



    Verse 24 - Meaning:
    Q: What (kim)is rare in this world (dur-labham iha) like the Chintaamani(a rare jewel referred to in Hindu scriptures which is supposed to be yielding one's wishes)?
    A: I shall mention four auspicious entities (chatur - viseshena) in this respect, that being the view of enlightened men.



    Verse 25 - Meaning:
    A: (In continuation of answer given to earlier verse No 24)

    These are gifts (daanam)given with courteous words(priya vaak sahitam), scholarship (jnaanam)without pride (a-garvam), bravery (sauryam)coupled with forgiveness(kshamaanvitam) and wealth (vittam)spent in charity (tyaaga sametam).

    These (etat)four (chatur bhadram)are indeed rare.(dur-labham)

    for sometime i thought no body read this to comment at all, i know it is by a great saint but then how many of us get to read it at all..sunkan
